Berkowitz Development Group has experience working within both existing operating buildings where it is adept at pre-planning to minimize disruption of operations and new construction where great care is taken to diligently research all conditions that affect the facility prior to design and construction. Accounting Services
Our in-house accounting personnel and property managers insure that property records and budgets are nothing less than flawless. Our monthly reports provide the ability at our client’s discretion to be as comprehensive or simplistic as required. Our staff uses SKYLINE property management software, a leader in the real estate industry, and Excel for reporting purposes, but alternative software can be discussed your option.
